If this is your first visit to Beautiful You Laser, welcome! Our wish is for our clients to have a positive Beautiful You experience. We, the management and staff, kindly request the following of our clientele.
Your appointment time has been set aside especially for you, so please be there on time or even a few minutes early. If you are a new client please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out any forms you may need for your service. If you arrive late, your experience may be altered or your service adjusted to fit the available time, in consideration of the next client.
While in Beautiful You Laser please maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all by speaking in your quiet voice. Please be respectful and considerate of those who are receiving and administering treatments. In consideration of other guests, we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off prior to arrival.
We know your time is valuable; we want you to be comfortable and happy. If, at any time during your treatment, you are not comfortable with temperature, scent, music, please advise your esthetician.
Should you choose to compliment your esthetician with a gratuity, any amount is appreciated. 15% to 25% of the regular service price is suggested. The front desk receptionist will happily distribute your gratuity to your respective esthetician.
cancellation / no-show policy
Like yours, our time is also valuable. To cancel or reschedule all appointments, a 24-advanced notice is required.
In the event that less than 24-hours notice is given or you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment(s) you will be charged a $50 cancellation/no show fee.
If children cannot behave in an exemplary manner, we ask that you please make other arrangements for the care of your children. We want you and all our guests to experience treatments in a relaxed and carefree setting.
